According StatCounter Global Statistics, Windows XP is still the world’s most popular operating system. This is indeed remarkable for an o/s which is 8 years old! On the other hand this is not good news for Microsoft because despite all the hype surrouning Windows 7, their latest o/s still lags behind XP, Vista and MacOS X.
